Monthly Board Meeting
Wednesday, May 14, 2014 is our monthly board meeting. It starts at 10 a.m. sharp and takes place in the board room here at the district office. Our address is 24917 Marion Ridge Road if you would like to attend. We are right next to the fire station an the public is always welcome to attend.
Our board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month. If you can’t make the meeting, you can check out our website at www.pcwd.org to get the minutes from the meetings as well as all sorts of other information and helpful tips. Hope to see you at the meeting!

Here at the Pine Cove Water District, our monthly board meetings are always held on the second Wednesday of each month and are open to the public.
The April board meeting will be held on April 9, 2014 at 10 a.m. sharp. The meeting takes place in the board room at the district office, located at 24917 Marion Ridge Road, right next to the fire station. The public is always invited to attend. If you cannot attend the meeting, the agenda is posted on the Friday before the meeting right outside the door of the district office as well as on our website, www.pcwd.org, in compliance with the Brown Act.
The minutes from previous board meetings are also posted on our website, so you can keep up with what is happening at the water district even if you are not able to attend the meetings. We hope you will take advantage of our website and stay informed.
If you have a question or comment, feel free to call us at 951-659-2675 during normal business hours, which are Monday thru Friday from 9 am until 4 pm.
You can email us at Vicki at pcwd.org, Becky at pcwd.org or Jerry @ pcwd.org. You can also write a letter if you prefer and either drop it off at the office, put it through the slot in office door if it is after hours or mail it to us at PO Box 2294, Idyllwild, CA 92549.

Public Hearing
At our next board meeting, on March 12, 2014, there will be a public hearing regarding moving into Stage I of water conservation. The public is invited to attend. The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. sharp and will take place at the district office, which is located at 24917 Marion Ridge Road. We hope to see you there!
Reminder…
Just a quick reminder that the February 12th board meeting has been canceled. This was mentioned in last week’s issue of the Town Crier, but I thought I would post it here again in case you missed it. Our March board meeting will be held on March 12 at 10 a.m. The public is invited to attend.

Board Meeting
Our first board meeting of 2014 is fast approaching. It is on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at 10 a.m. sharp. As per usual, our board meetings are always held on the second Wednesday of every month. The public is always welcome to attend and we would encourage everyone to attend a meeting when they are able. They are very informative.
The meetings are held in the board room here at the water district office, which is located at 24917 Marion Ridge Road. Just follow the sidewalk by the newspaper shelter straight back and enter through the door on your right. That will bring you right into the boardroom. If you have any questions prior to the meeting on how to find us, just give us a call at 951-659-2675 and either Becky or Vicki will be happy to give you directions to the office.
