PCWD BILLING POLICIES

We bill on the first work day of the even months (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec). The bill is due on the 1st of the odd months, or the following Monday if the 1st falls on the weekend.

You will be charged a $15.00 Late Fee after the 1st of the month following billing, unless the bill is paid in full, or you have called the office to make other arrangements.  If service is disconnected, you will be charged a $75.00 disconnection fee.

If you have not received your bill by the 10th of the even months, please call our office to request a duplicate, or you can email jennifer@pcwd.org.  You can also obtain a copy of your bill, by registering your account online, thru our website.

Please make sure that the office has your most current mailing address and a phone number to be used in case of an emergency.

It is the policy of this District to bill the owner of the property, and hold the owner responsible for the water bill.  If you are renting out your property and/or leasing it, that is between you and your tenant, and has nothing to do with the water district.  Your tenant is welcome to come in and get a copy of the bill, they can get a copy online, they can call and request an emailed copy, but the original bill will be sent to the owner.  Your lease agreement has nothing to do with the Water District, and we will look to the owner on record for payment.
